Inspired by experiences of my father’s garage during adolescence.
Notes: The act of cleaning this installation was documented as a performance of catharsis, removing the last traces of the space that no longer exists outside of memory.


Video Description: Video is shot from the floor, a pile of slumped bottles and an empty beer can block the bottom third of the frame. A person slowly steps into the frame and begins sweeping the floor. The sound of broken glass scraping on concrete is heard.
